The Project Manager serves as a key leader, responsible for driving the success of ground-up commercial construction projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong technical expertise, proactive leadership, and a passion for delivering excellence on every build.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle — from preconstruction through closeout — ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost controls.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and workflow coordination.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.
  • Provide clear, consistent project updates to internal leadership and clients.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet Martin Commercial's high standards for safety, quality, and craftsmanship.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
  • Experience overseeing mid-size projects ($8M–$15M).
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and construction technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
