Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Licensed Real Estate Agent. The Assistant Licensed Real Estate Agent will assist in client interactions, showings, and property-related activities. Responsibilities include providing customer service, maintaining knowledge of real estate properties, coordinating with clients, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and a strong understanding of real estate regulations and practices
- Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional support and maintain client satisfaction
- Experience in Real Estate, including knowledge of Real Property principles and practices
- Sales skills to assist in meeting client needs and achieving transaction goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with clients and team members
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology used in the real estate industry is a plus
