Job Summary
The Family Resiliency Manager will lead transformative parent support initiatives including the Family Resiliency Project (FRP) Pilot—a preventive legal advocacy initiative— Triple P Parenting, and Wellroot's engagement with the Georgia Family Support Network. This position blends program leadership with direct family support, advocacy, and strategic collaboration—making it ideal for a passionate changemaker ready to shape the future of family services in Georgia.

Responsibilities
Family Resiliency Program Pilot

  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and service planning with referred families
  • Provide case management and advocacy in collaboration with legal teams, peer support advocates, and community stakeholders
  • Attend court, school meetings, and other key appointments as needed
  • Maintain detailed, confidential documentation
  • Serve as a bilingual liaison for Spanish-speaking families
  • Coordinate referrals for housing, healthcare, education, and public benefits
  • Oversee outcome evaluation for all family programming.
  • Support fundraising and grant compliance

Triple P Program

  • Oversee Wellroot's Triple P program across sites.
  • Become certified as a Triple P Trainer and conduct at least 4 classes annually
  • Coordinate scheduling, and execution of other external trainings

Family Resource Center

  • Work with Georgia Family Support Network to become credentialed as a Family Resource Center
  • Coordinate with all Wellroot programs to provide holistic care to families

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master's in social work, public administration, or related field
  • 3+ years in nonprofit program or team management
  • Strong cultural competence and trauma-informed care knowledge
  • Willing and quickly able to learn new programs, platforms, and skills as needed
  • Experience working with legal, educational, public benefits, and child welfare systems or related fields
  • Spanish fluency is a strong asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to interdisciplinary representation of parents and family members
  • Prior experience working in or with the Georgia child welfare system is preferred, as is experience with public benefits, education, housing, mental health services, substance use, and/or immigration issues
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Interest and/or experience in project management, evaluation, delivery
  • Knowledge of North Georgia community
  • Flexible and adaptive to change, responding to actively updated requests
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present to and effectively work with various stakeholders
