Office Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an Office Manager to support daily operations for a neuro-rehabilitation

and performance-based health clinic. This role is central to ensuring smooth patient

flow, positive staff communication, and efficient administrative processes. The ideal

candidate is organized, people-oriented, proactive, and able to balance patient

interaction with operational oversight.

This position is key to maintaining a welcoming environment while supporting clinicians

and therapy staff in providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

 Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic

 Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and referring

providers

 Coordinate scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and communication

processes

 Support financial workflows, including billing coordination, insurance verification,

and payment collection

 Maintain accurate medical and administrative records in accordance with

regulatory standards

 Assist with onboarding, training, and supporting clinic staff

 Track supply inventory and coordinate vendor ordering

 Support clinic leadership in implementing new programs, systems, and process

improvements

 Foster a professional, supportive, and patient-centered environment

Qualifications

 Prior experience in a healthcare setting or medical office management strongly

preferred

 Working knowledge of patient scheduling systems and/or electronic health

records

 Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional phone etiquette

 Ability to multitask, solve problems, and guide workflow in a dynamic clinical

environment

 High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

 Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to guide and support staff

 Comfort working both independently and collaboratively as part of a clinical team

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

 Experience with neuro-rehabilitation, therapy services, or multidisciplinary care

settings

 Background in insurance billing or revenue cycle management

 Familiarity with patient intake workflows and coordination of care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.42 per hour
