Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician - A & B Level to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires expertise in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems, including both mechanical and electrical components. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring all work meets dealership standards.
  • Diagnose issues with automotive systems, including powertrain, alignment, and electrical systems.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
  • Work with schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

  • Proven experience in automotive repair, preferably with dealership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
  • Proficient in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
  • Mechanical knowledge of various vehicle systems including powertrain and alignment.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
  • Understanding of automotive electrical systems and their functions.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective repairs.
  • Customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
  • Experience working on GM vehicles is advantageous.
