Venture Scout

Role Description

As a Venture Scout, you will be a key connection point between founders, investors, and InoSwift. You will help identify promising startups and founders aligned with our focus areas in therapeutics, AI, sustainability, and next generation technologies.

This is a high upside, performance based role, designed for individuals who want to grow alongside the ventures InoSwift builds. Contributors share directly in the value they create through equity participation, private equity distributions, and portfolio success rewards. The role offers long term potential for deeper involvement within the studio and access to InoSwift's global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify early stage startups, founders, co-investors in target sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, accelerators, and investors
• Provide thoughtful introductions and recommendations to the venture team
• Conduct light diligence and research on opportunities
• Represent InoSwift at startup events and industry gatherings
• Stay current on trends and emerging opportunities across U.S. innovation hubs

What We Are Looking For

• Proven ability to identify and evaluate high potential startups in therapeutics, AI, sustainability, or emerging technologies
• Strong network with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners
• Experience in early stage due diligence, company profiling, and opportunity assessment
• Analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Former founder or entrepreneurial experience, with hands-on understanding of startup challenges and the founder mindset
• Excited and ambitious, driven to make an impact while remaining clear, calm, and humble
• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field); advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD, or equivalent) preferred
• Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, or startup ecosystem preferred, ideally with exposure to early stage company building
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively in a fast paced, evolving environment

With an expanding presence in North America, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, well connected professional to join our U.S. team as a Venture Scout, ideal for someone passionate about discovering early stage opportunities, cultivating relationships, and helping launch high impact companies.

InoSwift's model is hands on at every stage of growth for technologies and therapeutics. We support ventures through ideation, regulatory strategy, product development, software and AI integration, and executive guidance. Scouts play a direct role in shaping the portfolio and gain visibility into venture creation worldwide.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $57, $2,500,437.07 per year
