As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities to help create a secure environment. You will manage communications, respond to incidents, and support field teams by relaying critical information. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications for the location, including radio, phone, and electronic systems, to support security-related operations.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents and/or areas of concern as needed, following site-specific protocols and procedures.
• Document and report all incidents, calls, and activities in a clear and timely manner, maintaining accurate records as required by site policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries and directions related to the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as necessary.
• Support regular and random patrols by maintaining communication with field personnel and tracking their status throughout their shifts.
• Follow all security-related procedures and site-specific policies to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or access at the location.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
