Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Pricing Analyst- Mid level
to join our team In this role you will get to development of cost proposals, determining material, ODC, subcontractor, labor, and overhead costs relating to contractual efforts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Development of cost proposals, determining material, ODC, subcontractor, labor, and overhead costs relating to contractual efforts

  • Ensure the final cost proposal's compliance with:

  • Government regulations, including CAS, FAR, and DFARS

  • Corporate policies and procedures, including the CESM

  • Specific requirements in each of the client's solicitations

  • Coordinate the development of the cost proposal with contributing sources including Capture Management, Pricing Strategy, Contracts, Procurement, and technical personnel

  • Contribute to the cost proposal schedule to ensure production milestones, management reviews and a compliant professional product are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide support for subcontract solicitations

What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing cost proposals for US Federal Government clients
  • Familiarity with pricing all contract types (FFP, CR, T&M, IDIQ, and OTA)
  • Organized, task oriented, reliable, communicative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Remains current on Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and contract types, including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, IDIQ and Time and Materials, and familiarity with a diverse range of customers including, federal and DoD
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Possess advanced skills using Excel
  • Experience using ProPricer software
  • Proficiency using MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing cost proposals for US Federal Government clients

Salary Range: $86, $151,700.00
