Our client is seeking a Payments Testing Project Manager
to design and implement processes that strengthen collaboration between U.S. and international PSP teams as they expand in size and scope.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that is hybrid to Riverwoods, IL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the redesign of the test card program, transitioning from physical cards to virtual solutions.
  • Create and maintain an overarching project plan, including timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Host and lead meetings with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, controls, and governance frameworks for the new process.
  • Manage workflows and reporting using SharePoint and Jira.
  • Take a hands-on approach to learning, problem-solving, and driving progress across multiple work streams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong Project Management experience with large, multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Jira.
  • Payments industry experience, especially in card issuing or payment network operations.
  • Experience in process improvement and virtual testing solutions.
