Responsibilities

  • Build responsive UI components using
    React/Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Develop secure, high-performance, and scalable backend services
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
  • Implement and optimize database solutions using
    Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Integrate
    RESTful APIs
    , messaging systems (
    Kafka, MQ
    ), and third-party services
  • Build and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for automated deployments
  • Leverage cloud-native platforms (
    AWS ECS, Kubernetes, OpenShift
    ) for distributed solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver robust fixes
  • Mentor junior developers, guiding technical execution and professional growth

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of backend/full stack development experience
  • Strong expertise in
    Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
  • Hands-on experience with
    React/Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Proficiency with
    databases
    : Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Experience with
    AWS cloud services
    (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
  • Exposure to
    messaging systems (Kafka, MQ)
    and containerization (
    Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
    )
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins
  • Solid understanding of
    Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Prior experience in
    banking/financial services
    is a strong plus
  • Leadership skills with proven ability to mentor junior developers
