The Role

We're partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire a Full-Time Sr. Epic Application Analyst - Patient Access. In this role, you'll collaborate directly with our client's operational and IT teams to enhance workflows across scheduling, registration, and front-end revenue cycle functions. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your Epic expertise to a high-impact environment where technology and patient experience meet.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize patient access workflows, including scheduling, registration, and pre-service processes

  • Configure, test, and validate Epic build changes in Cadence, Prelude, or Grand Central

  • Partner with operational and IT leaders to identify and implement process improvements

  • Support training, user adoption, and performance monitoring

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Patient Access within the Epic ecosystem

Requirements

  • Epic certification in Cadence, Prelude, or Grand Central required

  • 5+ years of Epic build, optimization, or implementation experience

  • Deep understanding of patient access and revenue cycle operations

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and operational teams
