Operations & Oversight

  1. Serve as the primary liaison to the third-party fund administrator, ensuring accuracy across all reporting and operational workflows.
  2. Monitor cash availability, capital calls, distributions, and fund flows to maintain operational precision and liquidity oversight.
  3. Analyze fund activity to ensure compliance with partnership agreements and financial policies.

Valuations & Portfolio Support

  1. Partner with deal teams and the CFO to prepare quarterly valuations and synthesize portfolio-level data for internal committees.
  2. Review and interpret portfolio company financials in advance of quarterly review meetings.

Investor Relations & Communications

  1. Support Investor Relations with presentation materials, diligence requests, fundraising documents, and updates posted to investor portals.
  2. Respond to inquiries from limited partners and their advisors with professionalism and accuracy.

Strategic Projects

  1. Drive enhancements across finance and operational processes, identifying opportunities to streamline reporting, analytics, and workflows.
  2. Support leadership on ad-hoc strategic initiatives designed to elevate the finance function and strengthen firmwide operations.
