A product Repacker & Refurbisher is a worker that processes returned merchandise to make it suitable for resale. This role is a key part of reverse logistics, the management of products moving backward through the supply chain. The goal is to recover as much value as possible from returned goods, rather than having them disposed of.

We're looking for a Product Repacker & Refurbisher Specialist, tight-knit team in Pompano Beach. Whether you're semi-retired and looking to stay active, a college student wanting practical part-time work or simply someone who enjoys meaningful, hands-on tasks, this role is a great fit for anyone with a technical mindset who values quality, consistency and purpose.

You'll be working on well-designed marine products used by boaters across the country - assembling, packaging and preparing them to the highest standard. It's focused work, but never rushed. Structured, but never boring. And always part of a team that appreciates what you bring to the table.

What You'll Do

• Carefully assemble Bimini tops, marine hardware kits, boat covers and other high-quality marine accessories by following clear diagrams and step-by-step processes designed to ensure precision and consistency
• Re-box and inspect customer-returned products, verifying all parts are accounted for, in good condition and ready to be refurbished or resold - helping us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability
• Package custom-fit boat covers, outboard motor covers and related marine gear securely and neatly for shipping, making sure every item is protected and presented professionally
• Follow structured, proven procedures that keep your workflow smooth, predictable and stress-free - allowing you to focus on quality without unnecessary pressure
• Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure all incoming returns and repaired products are accurately recorded and updated in the stock system - maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols and helping create a productive environment for everyone on the team
• Work collaboratively with your teammates, sharing insights and lending a hand when needed to keep the production line moving efficiently and harmoniously
• Actively contribute feedback and ideas to help improve assembly methods, packaging processes and product quality - your experience and observations are valued here

Who This Role Is For

• You enjoy hands-on, practical work and love working with your hands
• You have a mechanical mindset and like solving small assembly or fitment challenges

• You're process-driven - you like structure, clear instructions and routines

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or warehouse work is helpful - but not essential
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not mandatory
