is looking for an amazing
Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator
to join our expanding team and maintain oversight of our social platforms as well as cultivating & maintaining relationships with our creator and influencer partners.

In this role, you will manage the strategy and execution of the influencer marketing program, as well as our social media platforms and content calendar. This is inclusive of coordinating content creation by our marketing team and partners to execute our brand strategy. The ideal candidate is a dog lover who is exceptionally detail oriented, and able to maintain multiple projects at any given time, communicates effectively and is able to understand and utilize brand language.

Responsibilities:

Key Roles and Responsibilities for the Social Media Manager position include but are not limited to:

  • Social media point of contact for the company.
  • Manages our social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube, Reddit, etc… and expanding into other platforms as necessary.
  • Schedules and plans content weekly using Hootsuite.
  • Works with the marketing team to gather multi-media assets for weekly posts.
  • Manages and responds to Comments and DM's from customers. Reports any customer service-related concerns and/or inquiries to the Customer Service team.
  • Stays up to date with the latest trends and proposes new opportunities to push brand visibility.
  • Responsible for establishing and tracking KPIs in addition to reporting to management.
  • Assist with influencer and talent content strategy and amplification.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers in our target audience, build and maintain strong relationships with them, and negotiate influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Run existing and create new influencer marketing programs. This includes influencer selection, negotiation, contract development, content creation monitoring, and reporting.
  • Produce detailed monthly and campaign-specific reports for social media and influencer initiatives.

We're looking for candidates with these qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience managing social media accounts across platforms required.
  • Demonstrated history of managing social platforms and utilizing programs to track and schedule postings.
  • Customer service skills with an understanding of appropriate social media voice and tone.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • First rate communications and collaboration skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently and with a team.
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative environment; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience with project management, community management, analytics, and/or content development preferred.
