What You'll Do

· Oversee daily operations of the apartment community

· Lead and support the onsite leasing and maintenance team

· Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally

· Monitor leasing activity and occupancy to meet performance goals

· Use Entrata to manage resident records, leasing, and reporting

· Ensure all leasing and operational processes follow Fair Housing regulations

· Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor work, and curb appeal

· Maintain accurate documentation for leases, inspections, and resident communication

· Partner with corporate and ownership teams to achieve financial and operational targets

What You'll Need to Succeed

Required:

· Prior experience as a Property Manager

· Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws

· Strong leadership and customer service skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently

· Experience with Entrata or similar property management software

Preferred:

· Experience with Entrata

· Affordable housing experience (a plus, not required)

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Bilingual abilities

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting. Team members must be able to communicate effectively and safely perform the following tasks:

· On your feet: 33% to 100% of the time

· Physical activities (50% to 100%):

o Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., filing in low cabinets, picking up debris)

o Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper-floor apartments)

o Push or pull, stand, and walk (e.g., opening doors, arranging furniture)

o Reach above shoulders (e.g., opening doors, storing supplies, inspecting property)

o Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., typing, unlocking doors, handling packages)

· Lifting/Carrying:

o Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)

o 10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%)

o Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (33% to 100%)
