From our southern NH campus of facilities, Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions is seeking a talented, motivated Principle Senior Electrical Engineer who wants to join an organization where teamwork is highly valued. The selected candidate will apply their skills in design in order to develop and support our "Design it Right" initiative for a variety of complex defense products and technologies. The selected candidate will have the opportunity, to acquire product knowledge, use and advance their technical skills on innovative technology while performing their assigned responsibilities in the product development on advanced projects in a Hybrid work format.
The duties assigned to this senior engineering position, will include the following:
- Translate system requirements into compliant complex printed board assembly designs
- Analog, mixed-signal and digital CCA design, schematic capture and analysis
- Technical trade studies, evaluation of technology insertion/upgrades, laboratory test and troubleshooting
- Evaluate hardware module performance using simulation tools and prototype hardware in a Laboratory environment
- Simplify the Engineering Service Model, knowledge transfer by mentoring junior engineering talent
- Create design documentation and verification test procedures
It will be expected that the candidate be proficient in state-of-the-art design and analysis tools, laboratory equipment and techniques, and executing in a small team environment.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Solid fundamentals of analog/power/mixed-signal/digital circuitry
- Familiar with electrical engineering design, schematic capture and analysis tools
- Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with printed board assembly (PBA, PCB, PWB) design using Cadence tools
- Strong hands-on lab skills with ability to prototype and test analog, mixed-signal and digital circuits
- Experience with PCB simulation tools
- Experience in Power Supply (AC to DC / DC to DC) design
- Experience developing compact embedded systems for harsh environments
- Familiarity with AS9145 compliant processes
Experience with mission-critical defense electronics, ruggedized board design and compliance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
