The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be proactive regarding patient care, and is able to remain patient and calm in stressful/difficult situations. We are looking for LPNs with the below experience:

  • Skilled nursing in a Home Health setting
  • Experience with Trach, Vent, and G-Tube
  • Home Health Experience
  • Proven 1 year of experience as an LPN

Schedule:

Friday: 7 am - 5 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 7 am - 5 pm or 8 am - 6 pm

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Active CPR Certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Current DC Nursing License in good standing
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience
  • Strong patient education skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
