About Us:

Embers Protection Services (EPS) specializes in protecting high-value properties with cutting-edge wildfire defense systems. We are seeking an experienced Lead Copper Plumber to join our team, working on installations for luxury properties in wildfire-prone areas. This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise while representing EPS to high-net-worth clients with professionalism and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain copper piping systems for EPS installations.
  • Dig trenches and prepare sites for plumbing installations.
  • Solder copper pipes with precision and accuracy.
  • Manage and oversee plumbing tasks on high-value properties ($2M+).
  • Collaborate with the EPS team to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
  • Work on multiple project timelines simultaneously, especially if located in the same neighborhood.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues on-site.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to maintain professionalism and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a professional plumber.
  • Proven experience working on high-net-worth properties ($2M+).
  • Expertise in copper plumbing, soldering, and trench work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Reliable, organized, and a good representation of EPS when interacting with high-value customers.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes.
