Position Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the IT roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Oversee all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software, and cybersecurity
- Own the IT budget, contracts, procurement, and capital planning
- Manage internal IT staff and external technology vendors (ERP, CRM, licensing, hardware)
- Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across the organization
- Collaboration services, including application development and support for M365 and SharePoint.
- Guide modernization efforts for ERP, CRM, and infrastructure platforms
- Provide escalation support for critical incidents and ensure high service availability
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or Information Technology
- Master's Degree is a plus.
- 8+ years in IT management roles
- In-depth understanding and practical experience with IT risk and compliance, Data Center and Cloud operations, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, IT connectivity and networks, and End User services.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing vendors and external personnel, as well as experience managing internationally distributed teams
Required Skills
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- ITIL v4 Foundation: IT Service Management and Incident Response
- Experienced in leading organizations through digital transformation and major change initiatives.
- Strong ability to align IT initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Strategic thinker who aligns IT objectives with overall business goals to drive growth and operational excellence.
Preferred Skills:
- Project Management Professional PMP
- Microsoft Certified Azure Enterprise Administrator
- AWS or Oracle Certificated Solutions Architect
- Control Objectives for Information (COBIT) Governance framework
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and optimization experience (preferably Epicor, Kilpboard, NetSuite, or similar).
- IT infrastructure modernization — cloud migration, virtualization, and network security management.
- Familiarity with LBM, retail, or distribution environments (ERP workflows, dispatching, inventory, and POS systems).
- Strong understanding of IT compliance and risk management (SOC2, GDPR, NIST).
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and IoT applications in operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
- Ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps that drive measurable value.
