We are a small practice looking to hire a part time therapist. Associate or fully licensed. We are Open to paying more per session for clients you bring to the practice. Looking for someone who is comfortable seeing individuals and couples and if fully licensed able to be credentialled with insurance. Who We're Looking For:

Licensed Mental Health Professionals – Associate or Fully Licensed

Established client base or willingness to help build one.

Interest in insurance credentialing (we'll guide you through the process).

Passion for providing therapy for a diverse clientele in a supportive environment.

Benefits:

· Competitive pay commensurate with experience. $50-$75 per session DOE and licensure. (Higher pay for clients you bring to the practice)

· Coordinate and maintain your own schedule with your clients.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities.

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

· Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.

· Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.

· Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.

· Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

· Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.

Qualifications:

· Current state licensure as a therapist (Associate or fully licensed)

· Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including individuals from different cultural backgrounds and with various presenting concerns.

· Communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

· Insurance paneled or ability to be insurance paneled
