Senior General Manager
with the operational acumen, leadership maturity, and people-first mindset to quickly grow into a
District Manager
role.

This is more than a store management role - it's a strategic career move for someone ready to lead at scale, drive performance across teams, and influence the future of our brand.

Your Next Step: From Senior GM to District Leader
You'll begin by taking ownership of one of our top-performing locations, learning our culture, systems, and customer experience model inside and out. Once you've demonstrated operational excellence and built a strong, engaged team, you'll transition into a
multi-unit leadership
role, overseeing multiple stores and mentoring fellow leaders.

Phase 1: Senior General Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of a high-volume, flagship retail location
  • Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team
  • Drive key metrics: revenue, membership growth, service delivery, and profitability
  • Ensure operational excellence and brand consistency
  • Champion a customer-first culture and community presence
  • Model leadership excellence, accountability, and values-driven behavior

Phase 2: District Manager Transition (Multi-Unit Leadership)

  • Oversee multiple store locations and their General Managers
  • Coach, support, and hold teams accountable to KPIs and brand standards
  • Conduct store visits, audits, and performance reviews
  • Build strategic plans to improve operations, grow market share, and drive results
  • Foster a culture of development, recognition, and high performance
  • Lead with influence, vision, and a clear focus on team success

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service-focused environments
  • Prior multi-unit assignments high-volume management experience is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of developing people and building winning teams
  • Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics
  • Exceptional communicator, motivator, and team builder
  • Eager to grow and travel locally to support multiple locations
