The Community Assistant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Support: Greet residents and visitors, respond to questions or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Leasing Assistance: Support the leasing process by giving property tours, assisting with lease signings, and providing information about rental availability, pricing, and community amenities.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform office tasks such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and maintaining records in property management software.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Accept and log maintenance requests, follow up with residents and maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution.
  • Property Monitoring: Conduct routine inspections of common areas, report any safety concerns, cleanliness issues, or property damage to the Property Manager.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with social media content, community newsletters, and promotional efforts to support leasing and retention goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic technology and property management platforms.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Have flexible schedule to work for turn from July 1st - August 15th

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $13.00 per hour
