About Us
Our Safe Space is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit based in sunny Tucson, AZ. We host free online workshops, book clubs, and community programs that help people—especially women and LGBTQ+ folks—build confidence, make new connections, and rediscover their spark.

What We Need
We're looking for someone who can help us shine a little brighter on Facebook and Instagram. We already have our Meta Business and Ads accounts, but we could use a guiding hand to make sure our campaigns reach the right people—without wasting a dollar or a minute.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and monitor Meta Ad campaigns for our free workshops and events
  • Recommend targeting and creative strategies that actually work for small nonprofits
  • Track results and share insights in plain English (no buzzwords required)
  • Help us keep things compliant and organized in Meta Business Suite

You'll Fit Right In If You

  • Have experience with Facebook/ Instagram Nonprofit Ads
  • Enjoy making sense of digital chaos and helping others learn
