Were looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processesensuring accuracy, insightful reporting, and strong financial stewardship across the organization.

In this role, youll partner closely with senior leadership to deliver financial presentations, identify trends, anticipate risks, and provide strategic recommendations that support organizational growth and operational excellence. You will also mentor FP&A team members and help shape a high-performing, future-focused financial function.

What Youll Do

Lead and oversee the organizations budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes

Analyze key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights to support financial performance targets

Identify financial trends, anticipate budgetary challenges, and recommend mitigation strategies

Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Support strategic initiatives with robust financial analysis and scenario planning

Manage and mentor FP&A team members to promote high performance and professional development

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations to drive informed business decisions

What Were Looking For

Education

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)

Masters degree or MBA (preferred)

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive financial experience, including multi-site operations and business analytics (required)

Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting (required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required)

Experience with ERP and budgeting systems such as Business Central or Prophix (preferred)

Healthcare industry experience (preferred)
