ODME Solutions is seeking a Junior/Mid-Level CI/CD Scheduler to support effective planning, tracking, and reporting of software development and deployment activities. Working closely with experienced CI/CD engineers, software developers, product owners, and program management teams, the candidate for this role will gain hands-on exposure to modern CI/CD workflows, software tools, and reporting practices.

Work Location: Point Loma, San Diego, CA.

Security Clearance: DoD Secret

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Agile tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Support coordination of builds, testing, security scans, integrations, and deployments across development teams.
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate status updates from cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with sprint planning, release planning, and forecast updates.
  • Produce clear, repeatable reports to support monthly status reporting (MSRs), leadership briefings, and government deliverables.
  • Identify schedule risks, dependencies, or data inconsistencies and escalate items as appropriate.
  • Help improve and standardize CI/CD scheduling, tracking, and reporting processes as the team and program scale.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting project coordination, scheduling, program support, or software development teams.
  • Experience with task tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence), sprint/release planning and backlog management concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to Agile software development concepts (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid environments).
  • Experience supporting software product releases in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Experience working in DoD or government contracting environments.
