As a Product Manager, you will work across leadership and multiple teams to understand the T&C programs and offerings and define a communications strategy for how this information is shared across key stakeholders. The role will focus heavily on scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence at a team and business level. You will deep dive both the program details as well as product launches to drive awareness of T&C activities internally and externally.

You will play a key role in defining the metrics, setting goals against those metrics, and reporting out on progress made against. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to make a positive large-scale impact across a business with multiple offerings to a varied customer base.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and maintain program updates across multiple offerings.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and opportunities for innovation and simplification in merchandising.
  • Act as the 'business owner', possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact our business.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and teams to iterate on objectives and opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
  • Experience developing operational processes and technologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
