As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients by providing accurate, courteous, and timely information about their Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Answer incoming calls from existing clients with professionalism and care
  • Provide case-specific information related to bankruptcy filings (without offering legal advice)
  • Ensure client contact details are current in our database
  • Document all client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
  • Schedule appointments and communicate effectively with attorneys and staff
  • Contact creditors to notify them of bankruptcy filings under strict deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive work environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

*Qualifications:*

  • Previous customer service experience as a paralegal or other legal field
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
