Basic Function: We are a fast growing company looking for a long-term individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion to help further stabilize and grow our company. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn the leasing and real estate. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the potential to grow within the company.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the leasing process, including responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting property showings, and providing prospective tenants with accurate property information.Maintain and update the company's CRM and property management systems with accurate lead and application information.Assist with the collection and review of rental applications and supporting documentation.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure units are move-in ready and that tenant needs are addressed promptly.Provide high-quality customer service to prospective tenants, current residents, neighbors, and property owners.Desired Qualifications:Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to use a mobile device for email and other applicationsReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicValid driver's license and reliable transportationA positive attitude and a customer service mindsetCompany Mission: Build happiness.
