As a Sales Executive, US Equities reporting to the Head of US Equities Sales, you'll play a critical role in enhancing client experiences, and capitalizing on growth opportunities for the US Equity Markets

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviews and identifies key areas of opportunity in the US Equity markets. Analyzes and prioritizes development of sales, retention, and marketing initiatives that support driving revenue and generating business with new clients as well as with existing clients.
  • Guides others in executing the business unit's short- and long-term sales strategy; interacts with customers/prospects
  • Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to Nasdaq product/service strategies.
  • Take ownership of problem resolution if customer issues cannot be solved through normal channels.
  • Proactively drives the adoption of products and coordinates communication, maintenance and new development across Nasdaq relevant business units.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics and/or Technology or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–8+ years of experience in Financial Services or Financial Technology
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders, develop scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
  • Proficiency in tools or platforms such as Salesforce and Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, PMP).
  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.
  • Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.

This position will be located in New York City, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates

The base pay range for this role is $110,000 - $183,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
