**Role Name: Servicenow Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:**
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow tjoin our team. This role is critical in driving customer success by shaping solutions that align with business outcomes and demonstrating the value of the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with sales teams, tdesign innovative solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead discovery sessions with customers tunderstand business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Translate requirements intscalable ServiceNow solutions leveraging best practices and platform capabilities.
• Create high-level architecture diagrams, solution proposals, and value-based presentations.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, SaaS platforms, and ITIL processes.
• Understanding of ServiceNow leading practices (CTA or CMA preferred)

Pre-Sales Engagement

• Collaborate with account executives and delivery teams during the sales cycle tposition ServiceNow solutions effectively.
• Articulate the business value of ServiceNow solutions tboth technical and executive stakeholders.
• Identify and document risks and mitigations, exclusions, assumptions, and customer dependencies within solution proposal and RAID logs.
• Create solution proposals with approach tthe solution/delivery, deliverables, payment milestones, timelines, scope/out-of-scope, volume metrics, strategic roadmap, etc.
• Experience working with various pricing structures (Fixed, T&M, Rate Cards, etc.)
• Advising the customer of our credibility tdeliver the solution, highlighting company and delivery accreditations, certifications, and historical case studies.
• Ability tweave in non-technical items such as target operating models/ service delivery models, capability heatmaps, organization change management and adoption, UX/UI and journey mappings.
• Ability tmap customer's vision treal business outcomes that map tServiceNow capabilities with key success metrics
• Experience writing statement of works and tracking until signature.
• Conducting sales tdelivery handover, where your solution, SOW, RAID log, etc. is handed over tdelivery teams tdeliver the services.
• Experience working with sales and market unit leaders tdefine sales and pricing strategies.
• Experience drafting resourcing plans, allocations, and costs using a diverse geo-locations and skill sets.
• Ability tmap business requirements ttechnical solutions and articulate ROI.
• Experience responding tRFPs (providing questions, answering 100+ questions, crafting a solution and approach, crafting pricing strategy, and SOW in very aggressive timelines (sometimes only a few days).
• Experience "selling" our capabilities (cold walk in with customer with nintel).
• Working with export control and legal taddress security concerns and sensitivity of the proposed solution.
• Can perform these activities above independently.

Thought Leadership

• Stay current on ServiceNow product releases, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Advise customers on platform governance, data quality, integrations, and roadmap planning.
