Job Description

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant, you will design, implement and deploy SuccessFactors solutions to solve business process requirements within the Human Resource and Talent space.

This is a full-time position on our staff, not a contract role.

Location:

This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Yarmouth, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $185,000 depending on experience. In some rare cases, compensation below or above that range may be offered.

Position Details:

  • Conduct regular periodic sessions with Client to discuss progress of the Implementation
  • Conduct strategy sessions with custom by identifying the client's current process and future state needs
  • Lead a team of consultants
  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices
  • Mentor new consultants and monitor their process on shadow/learning assignments
  • Participate in demo sessions for sales meetings with prospective clients
  • Provide regular feedback to management on the development and performance of the consulting team

Qualifications:

SAP SuccessFactors Certifications:

  • Associate or Professional Employee Central Certification
  • Additional SAP SuccessFactors Certifications (ideal but not required)

SAP SuccessFactors Experience:

  • 3 - 4 years

Project Experience:

  • Led projects
  • Involved in 7+ project

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires periods of sitting at a desk, standing, and working on a computer.
