About this Opportunity:

As a Relationship Management Operations Specialist, you will provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Relationship Management team. This role combines executive-level administrative responsibilities with Salesforce and RM operations expertise, while managing key processes and reporting functions unique to Orion. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing both administrative tasks and CRM systems to ensure operational excellence and a superior client experience. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

For External Candidates:

Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE.

For Internal Candidates:

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Partner with the Sales Development team to help manage Salesforce dashboards, reporting, and RM queue assignments
  • Champion data integrity and governance across RM systems
  • Create and maintain RM sales and opportunities pipeline reports and dashboards in Salesforce and PowerBI by working with the Sales Development team
  • Create sustainable RM quarterly score cards for executive-level reporting
  • Oversee and execute NPS Process Management & Reporting
  • Manage Term & Merge/Transfer and Assignment & Assumption Process Management & Reporting, identifying process improvement, automation, and future state assignment
  • Handle HOV Process Management & Execution
  • Prepare and report on Ascent Preparation Management
  • Partner with the Solution Management Specialist to manage the Actifi Platform reporting and updates
  • Maintain team Confluence content, including the RM Travel Calendar
  • Provide administrative Support
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events for Relationship Management leadership
  • Assist in coordinating with the Executive Assistants to schedule leadership meetings between the RMs and the Clients when needed
  • Own and manage meeting prep, client details, and agenda templates used for Orion executive RM client meetings
  • Act as a liaison between Relationship Management and other departments to streamline communication and processes

  • Has a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization
