Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Statement Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries related to their statements, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of office procedures, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Duties

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding statements in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to effectively communicate with clients and address their concerns.
  • Perform outbound calling to follow up on client issues or inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using computerized systems.
  • Assist with cash handling duties, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
  • Provide exceptional client services by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Experience in an office environment, demonstrating familiarity with standard office procedures.
  • Ability to operate computerized systems for record keeping and data management.
  • Previous experience in cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and concisely.
