Seeking a detail-oriented and professional Service Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently scheduling day-to-day service schedules for our builders and managing homeowner warranty requests with urgency. This role requires a dedicated individual who takes pride in their work, maintains a commitment to excellence, and contributes to our reputation for superior service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule electrical service for our builders.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for builders and homeowners, ensuring all inquiries are addressed with professionalism and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively between our supervisors and electricians for any schedule changes.
  • Enter tickets into our system with accuracy.
  • Manage emails to maximize productivity.
  • Answer all incoming calls to the office.

Qualifications

  • Former experience in reception, data entry, or scheduling.
  • Outstanding organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills along with professionalism, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A team player who is dedicated to the role and committed to delivering high quality service to represent the company.
