  • Coordinate rollout schedules for multiple shows simultaneously, ensuring consistency and speed.

Editing & Content Packaging

  • Track analytics using YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
  • Use insights to refine publishing strategy and drive audience growth and retention.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with Producers, Editors, Showrunners, and Talent to ensure each episode has clear social packaging opportunities.
  • Review and refine social copy and creative assets to align with best practices.
  • Partner with the Head of Social, Community Manager, and Social Executives to create a high-performing, integrated content ecosystem.

Trend Awareness

  • Stay up to date on entertainment trends, creator formats, platform updates, and audience behavior.
  • Bring new ideas weekly to help push creative boundaries and grow the network.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–4+ years managing YouTube or social channels in entertainment, creator, gaming, media, or digital-first environments.
  • Strong understanding of audience growth through thumbnails, metadata, titling, hooks, pacing, and strategic publishing.
  • Hands-on experience editing and exporting short-form content quickly and confidently.
  • Ability to manage rollout plans across multiple shows, prioritizing speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Strong organization and communication skills when collaborating across Producers, Editors, Talent, and Executives.
  • Familiarity with online entertainment culture, YouTube formats, creator trends, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Why Join Us
