Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at Knauz Automotive, located in Lake Bluff, IL. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle inquiries, presenting product features and benefits, guiding customers through the sales process, and meeting sales targets. Duties also include maintaining a thorough knowledge of vehicle inventory, following up with clients, and ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, solid writing skills, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exellent knowledge of the English language in negotions orally snd in writing a must. Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Sales experience, negotiation abilities, and customer service orientation
  • Product knowledge or willingness to learn about automotive brands and features
  • Time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer data input and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
  • A valid , unrestricted driver's license, and ability to operate vehicles
  • Bachelors degree, Associates degree or equivalent job experience required.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a customer-first mindset
