Job Summary

Support the service. Enhance the experience.
As a Server Assistant at Paddlefish, you will play a vital support role in delivering seamless guest service. You'll reset tables, refill water, run food, and assist servers to ensure the dining room runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Required Friday through Sunday Availability

  • Ability to lift and carry trays and service items up to 50 lbs

  • Understanding of sanitation and food safety guidelines

  • Ability to remain on feet for long periods

Key Responsibilities

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

  • Assist servers with water refills, food running, and guest requests

  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service stations

  • Support team members to ensure timely service and table readiness

  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols at all times
