What You'll Do

  • Generate new business by identifying potential clients and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Educate customers on Farmers Insurance products, including auto, home, life, commercial, and specialty lines.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, customer service, or business development background preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and desire to control your income.
  • Ability to obtain (or currently hold) applicable state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.
