Duties

  • Prepare and serve food items according to Shake Shack standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items.
