Senior Engineering Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic engineering leader to drive the vision, execution, and scale of a complex, enterprise-grade software platform. This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing engineering organization, setting clear technical direction, collaborating closely with customers and ecosystem partners, and delivering reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering function end-to-end, ensuring timely, high-quality, and reliable delivery across the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and field teams to translate real-world needs into elegant and scalable technical solutions.
  • Define and communicate technical strategy and architecture, making thoughtful trade-offs between performance, cost, security, and time-to-market.
  • Drive deep integration with external ecosystems—including cloud providers, model vendors, vertical SaaS platforms, and service integrators—while developing reference architectures and certifying key integrations.
  • Raise the bar on engineering excellence by setting strong standards for system design, code quality, testing, observability, incident response, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing multi-team or platform-level organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling enterprise-grade platforms, ideally in multi-tenant or hybrid/VPC environments, with a strong grasp of security, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Practical experience in building systems that incorporate LLMs or agent-based architectures—including retrieval, memory, evaluation, and safety mechanisms.
