Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of helping customers find their perfect vehicle. You'll leverage our extensive inventory, no-haggle pricing, lifetime warranty, and 3-day buyback guarantee to build strong relationships and grow your business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Guide customers through each step of the process, including greeting, vehicle presentation, test drives, trade appraisals, and finance applications.
  • Follow up with previous customers using our CRM to create new opportunities.
  • Promote the dealership, our vehicles, and services through social media and online platforms.
  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure a professional and seamless experience.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in software and social media platforms.
  • Consistent work history with a record of punctuality.
  • A quick learner who thrives in both individual and team environments.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued Being able to communicate in both English and another language, such as Spanish, is a significant advantage. It allows you to connect with a broader range of customers, providing them with a more personalized and comfortable experience. Your language skills will help you stand out and make a positive impact on our diverse customer base.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in any field.

Compensation

  • A 30-day guarantee of $3,000 plus performance bonuses to give you the time to train and develop your skills.
  • After the initial 30 days, your earnings will be based on the volume of sales you generate. This structure rewards your effort and success directly, with current staff earning an average of $5,000-$6,000 per month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5, $6,000.00 per month
