Welder/Fabricator – Now Hiring in Cedar Hill, TX

Location: Cedar Hill, TX

Shifts Available: Day Shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm) | Evening Shift (Mon–Thurs, 1:30pm–10:00pm; Fri, 11:00am–7:30pm)

Atlas Sign Industries, a national leader in custom signage solutions, is expanding our Manufacturing Team in Cedar Hill, TX We're looking for talented Welder/Fabricators who are ready to bring their skills to a fast-paced, creative, and growing company.

As a Welder/Fabricator at Atlas, you'll be hands-on in building high-impact signage for major brands across the country. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for welding and fabrication, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Welding and assembling aluminum and metal components for signage structures
  • Interpreting technical blueprints and drawings to determine fabrication steps
  • Using tools such as brakes, shears, flame cutters, grinders, drill presses, and more
  • Measuring and verifying parts to meet precise specifications
  • Tack welding and aligning components accurately
  • Collaborating with other fabricators and departments to meet project goals
  • Adapting to additional tasks as needed in a dynamic production environment

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Trade school experience is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication; aluminum welding experience strongly preferred
  • Strong blueprint reading and technical comprehension skills
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Physically able to meet job requirements (lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally)
