Developer Small Business Digital Marketing will be a member of the ADP small business marketing team focused on developing and maintaining conversion-focused marketing website experiences and building and implementing robust journey marketing campaigns and experiences. You will be part of the team that leads marketing of our solutions and services effectively to new and current ADP small business clients, through digital marketing campaign experiences and in-product / omni-channel marketing programs and campaigns supporting RUN by ADP in product marketing.

We're looking for a Front End Developer who will play a key role on the small business marketing team to add technical leadership, development knowledge, experience and expertise to our development team. You will work closely with other team members to solve digital marketing challenges and address technical issues, take ownership of new development projects, ongoing support initiatives and participate in analysis of business needs, partnering with creative and product marketing teams to recommend the best technical solution to help address client marketing challenges.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the small business marketing and product teams to create best in class B2B digital destinations and campaign journey's to inform, educate, influence, and drive incremental client sales leads for the business leveraging Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Einstein Decisions, Contentsquare, Drift and other marketing technology.

Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front End/CMS Developer skilled in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, Sitecore CMS, JQuery, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other appropriate technology to work on ADP's small business client marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of marketing websites and campaigns using Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Einstein Decisions, Contentsquare, Drift, and other technologies in partnership with our Small Business Client Marketing teams to build omnichannel personalized marketing journeys leveraging these tools to drive small business cross-sell and upsell opportunities to sales
  • Development of HTML landing pages and website content, including text, graphics development, video, and interactive features, delivering pixel-perfect code from design deliverables.
  • Interface with Marketing teams to define and implement strategic initiatives, helping enhance the user experience for clients and prospects based on data insights and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement A/B and Multivariate test in-product Ads and campaign landing pages using Optimizely or similar technologies.
  • Partner with Sales Automation and Sales Operations to ensure lead flow process on ADP RUN product has full system integration with backend systems such as Eloqua and ensuring all solutions are aligned to the sales automation objectives.
  • Develop and enhance business partnerships by providing strategic guidance to business partners on effective campaign management, operations and optimization techniques, ensuring the ability to track and analyze outcomes.
  • Performs other relevant duties as assigned and identified.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science/programming / marketing technology preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience required
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects involving the development of B2B websites and omnichannel marketing campaigns (advertising, landing pages, email nurture programs and more).
  • Experience in working with or a part of marketing organizations.
  • Experience working with Sitecore CMS or a similar enterprise-level platform.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated solutions not mandatory.
  • Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, Hotjar, Mouseflow and other digital industry technologies.
  • Experience developing and testing Ads, Marketing Pages and Email Campaigns for multiple browsers and user agents.
  • Digital Advertising/Marketing Agency experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in the full spectrum of Web content management, testing and analytics tools. For example: Sitecore CMS, Google Analytics, Eloqua, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein Decisions, Contentsquare, Drift, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, Hotjar, Mouseflow and other technologies.
  • Advanced expertise and proven track record of developing using the following web development tools and delivery platforms: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Invision, Sketch, Miro and/or Photoshop.
  • SEO experience and familiarity with search engine algorithms a plus.
  • Sitecore CMS expertise and Developer Certification a plus.
  • Agency experience a plus.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
