Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes to the serving stations or dining area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Assist in plating food attractively, paying close attention to detail to enhance visual appeal.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen team to manage order flow and address any issues promptly.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to uphold health standards at all times.
  • Support the team during busy service periods by staying energetic, adaptable, and solution-oriented.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
