Job Title: Associate, IT Business Analysis Job Location: Plano, TXJob Schedule:  9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday offJob Description:The IT Business Analyst role provides a wide range of IT support services across multiple service areas in support of the IMS Segment businesses.  You will be supporting Segment / Sector Business Relationship Managers (BRM) conduct a variety of IT initiatives.  In addition to the IMS business, you will support the application teams with program execution.  You will be responsible for managing program financials and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure project deliverables are met. Versatility is key in this role, as you will frequently tackle new and challenging problems that require a proactive and adaptable approach to find effective solutions.Essential Functions:Drive ongoing IT initiatives in support of the IMS SegmentData analysis to identify improvement opportunitiesManage budget for assigned programsDevelop and maintain financial forecastsMaintain vendor contracts for consultant service Remove project roadblocks through collaboration with cross-functional IT and business partnerServe as a delegate for our IT BRM's and support operational excellence initiativesSome travel may be required for site visits.
