IT Support Analyst
to join our

Cincinnati, OH
office.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The primary role of the Information Technology (IT) Support Analyst is to lead the technical support function by providing excellent customer service and improving the overall experience of users interacting with IT. This role will exhibit ownership and timely resolution of all incident tickets and will interact directly with other IT groups to determine the proper resolution for an issue. This person should possess strong customer service skills and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate is required. IT job-related course work from an accredited college, university or trade school in computer science, computer information systems, data processing, information management, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of IT job-related experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hardware and Software Installation
    : Assist and monitor hardware and software installation including patches and updates.
  • Troubleshooting
    : Troubleshoot and resolve end user IT issues.
  • System Maintenance
    : Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks on company systems.
  • Technical Support and Guidance
    : Provide technical support to end users including guidance on best practices.
  • Documentation
    : Document processes, including troubleshooting steps taken using the approved Firm ticketing system.
  • Equipment Setup
    : Set up and configure physical desktop and conferencing equipment.
  • On-call Support
    : Participate in on-call rotations to provide support outside of regular business hours as needed
  • Help Desk Procedures:
    Ensure adherence to the internal Help Desk Procedures for incident resolution.
