Maintenance Supervisor

Grand Villa of Englewood is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dedicated Grand Villa Family. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within the community, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections

- Manage maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

- Ensure all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical, are operating efficiently and safely

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff, prioritizing tasks effectively

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement maintenance budgets and schedules

- Assist in planning and executing renovation or improvement projects as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance, construction, HVAC, or related fields, preferably within the healthcare or assisted living industry

- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues efficiently

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related areas are preferred
