About Us:

We are a customer-focused auto tint shop offering window tinting, PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, and wraps. We pride ourselves on exceptional service and are looking for a proactive Front Desk Manager to lead customer interactions and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Upselling: Actively promote and upsell services, including tints, PPF, ceramic coatings, detailing, and wraps to maximize revenue.
  • Customer Reviews: Ensure at least one-two five stars Google reviews per day by providing exceptional customer service, including thoughtful gestures like offering refreshments and ensuring vehicles are clean before departure.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction and prevent negative reviews.
  • Team Coordination: Communicate with the call center and staff to ensure smooth operations. Handle issues independently and escalate only if necessary.
  • Calendar Management: Organize the shop schedule and ensure all team members understand their tasks, including payment collections for mobile jobs.
  • Shop Cleanliness & Inventory: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and manage inventory to avoid shortages.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure all operations run smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or front desk management, preferably in an auto shop or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on upselling and maximizing revenue.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively address issues.
