The USALCO Master Data Coordinator Will Support The Administrative Activities Related To Customer Master Data And Tolled Warehouse Transactions. The Activities Include, But Not Limited To, The Following

  • Maintain accurate customer master data to support sales order and supporting transactions within the order to cash cycle
  • Act as liaison between Sales and Customer Service to ensure accurate price information is transferred from Salesforce to Aptean Ross ERP system
  • Ensure timely data is set up in Aptean Ross ERP system for order entry as required
  • Support data cleansing and standardization initiatives
  • Collaborate with CS leadership on continuous improvement opportunities

Education
College degree preferred

Experience
Minimum of 5 years prior experience within a manufacturing or corporate environment preferred

Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

ERP experience such as SAP or equivalent

Essential Functions
Routinely sits 80 to 90% of shift

Anticipate travel for projects and support, minimum once a quarter

Be flexible with work hours to meet demands of operation
