Mallory Alexander International Logistics, a global third-party logistics company (3PL) headquartered in Memphis, TN has an immediate opening for a Logistics Professional to join our team

Mallory is seeking a customer service-oriented Help Desk Technician to provide efficient and accurate technical support to end users. This position serves as the first line of defense for IT issues, resolving basic technical problems and supporting all assigned areas. Ideal candidates are motivated to learn our business and deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-contact resolution for IT-related issues
  • Guide users through problem-solving processes while following company safety and security policies
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as needed
  • Follow up with users to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain hardware and software inventory
  • Perform basic administration of the Office 365 environment, including the Admin Portal, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID, and PowerShell
  • Manage basic administration of a hybrid Active Directory environment, including user accounts, computer objects, and groups
  • Install and support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe, TeamViewer, VPN, antivirus, and malware protection software
  • Install ERP and WMS applications
  • Install and maintain both network and local printers
  • Manage and deploy the phone system
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience providing IT help desk support
  • Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams, and Adobe applications
  • Experience using IT help desk or service desk software
  • Basic understanding of networking components such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
